Where are my owned apps in microsoft store on windows 11?

I have been looking for a while now after just updating to windows 11 and I cannot locate my already owned app library in Microsoft store. Where is it and how do I get there?

    i had same problem, and i found out the solution, in the right part have a drop-down list, and just deselect ' Show installed product only'
