In Windows 11 file explorer navigation pane, how do I move Quick Access pins back to the top of the list?

When I updated my machine to Windows 11, the quick access items were moved beneath OneDrive in the File Explorer navigation pane. This is a big inconvenience since I always have my OneDrive folder expanded and can no longer scroll to the top to access my pinned folders. How do I get the pinned Quick Access items back to the top of the navigation pane where I can – ironically – access them quickly?

Are you sure you even understand his question? You're posting generic links that are irrelevant to the customization he is asking,

I found if I temporarily turn off 'Show All Folders' I can rearrange my Quick Access link.

Then re-enable 'Show All Folders' and they will stay in the same order.

Still a bit of a pain but unless you regularly add/remove QA links it's an acceptable workaround.

One other annoyance - you cannot move a QA link above the first (top) most item. You must move the first (top) item down!
