In Windows 11 file explorer navigation pane, how do I move Quick Access pins back to the top of the list?

When I updated my machine to Windows 11, the quick access items were moved beneath OneDrive in the File Explorer navigation pane. This is a big inconvenience since I always have my OneDrive folder expanded and can no longer scroll to the top to access my pinned folders. How do I get the pinned Quick Access items back to the top of the navigation pane where I can – ironically – access them quickly?

Nope. It is not. My Show All Folders is off. There is still, apparently, no way to move the quick access folder to be ABOVE the idiotic HOME and GALLERY and One Drive folder.
Even Worse. The Date of this post is December 2024. I just got a new computer and Windows 11 for the first time, and the options in this video don't match the ones I have.
Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!! I can't believe Microsoft did this and won't let us change it. I am so annoyed.

Guilty confession -- for several versions of Windows I've been using an add-on that (among other things) allows the user to specify which interface is presented when running the File Manager. It's called StartAllBack and frankly I wouldn't run Windows without it. I happen to be very comfortable with (no kidding) the Windows 7 start menu and other related UI features. Costs all of $5 and is worth so much more.

2024-12-16T05:39:48+00:00 The big problem with getting help in Microsoft is that the OS changes so much that a year old thread isn't applicable. In 24h2 Win 11 there is no File Explorer-view-options. There may have been an 'options' one day but not today.
