I found that picking the "Shown All Folders" option puts the Quick Access items back under the top although under the "Home" option but then also shows all sorts of things below that you can't hide. Is a no win situation.

When I updated my machine to Windows 11, the quick access items were moved beneath OneDrive in the File Explorer navigation pane. This is a big inconvenience since I always have my OneDrive folder expanded and can no longer scroll to the top to access my pinned folders. How do I get the pinned Quick Access items back to the top of the navigation pane where I can – ironically – access them quickly?

2023-01-06T17:25:43+00:00 I have this same issue. I have found an option under view settings that puts the quick access icons back under home, but unfortunately now they are duplicated. That is, the section we're trying to move remains while those folders ALSO show under Home. Ugh.

I'm not an expert but I have found out recently that the Quick Access has a "dynamic" feature.
You can just disable it by selecting the Home folder, clicking on the 3 dots in the panel and choose Folder Option. At this point, you can disable the "Show frequently used folders" in the Privacy section. You can even clear the File explorer history to clean up the Quick Access a bit.
