Windows 11 Apps and Features missing from the menu
I have search for this menu to enable an upload that is not a verified MS app. I need to change the settings but everywhere I search, I cannot find it.

2023-01-10T19:42:38+00:00 For those not being able to download an app such as EA or Quickbooks (2 I came across) due to no "Apps & Features" available in Settings. You will have to log into your Microsoft account, go to features under "Only Verified Applications Allowed" and turn off the S Mode. You will then be able to download.
Hope this helps!

2023-01-22T22:21:31+00:00 THANK YOU! Windows should be ashamed of themselves! I am an advanced user and went around in circles trying to resolve this! They are making this difficult just to force people to give up and use their products which pushes people even further away. All the money spent to make to UI frustrating so users give up could have been spent making better products that people willingly want to use instead of wasting all that time trying to force it on people. As soon as something else comes along, I will be jumping ship and will not forget this. It's horribly unethical and Microsoft has shown its true colors. Change this behavior or keep losing to your competitors Microsoft!!
