Windows 11 Apps and Features missing from the menu

I have search for this menu to enable an upload that is not a verified MS app. I need to change the settings but everywhere I search, I cannot find it.

So frustrating that I can't download any apps to run.

    S mode is disabled, Still dont have apps and feautures option.

    I was taken to the app store to run off S mode and it stated S mode was Disabled on my computer. But I still cant access Apps and Feautures. Anyone have anything else to try ?

    window 11 app and features missing from menu i done but it do nothing

    Open Registry Editor then navigate to this path
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

    Please check if "SettingsPageVisibility" string value is present in the right pane. If so, right click it then select Delete. Restart your computer
