Windows 11 Apps and Features missing from the menu

I have search for this menu to enable an upload that is not a verified MS app. I need to change the settings but everywhere I search, I cannot find it.

So frustrating that I can't download any apps to run.

Hi there, I am having the same problem. I did what you suggested but there isn't a "SettingsPageVisibility" to right click on. Are there any other options? I really need to figure this out because I want to download the EA app and my computer will not let me because it's not from Microsoft. Help!!! Please and thank you!!

Yeah that did not work. There is no "SettingsPageVisibility".

wish there was a way to prevent microsoft employees from accessing these help sites. every time help site finds a solution to resolve an issue with windows LIKE not being able to find features like this, to change the behavior of how the laptop works. microsoft then comes up with an update to remove that fix that allowed consumers to control how windows behaved.

I was looking for this feature too it was there before the last update. I had changed settings to force laptop to completely shut down and NOT drain battery when powered off. since I live off grid and its hard to find an outlet to charge battery. BUT microsoft had changed my settings and made it so the settings I used before no longer work. LIKE turning fast startup off. so I am losing 6% of power after 2-4 hours with laptop turned off.

and NO its not going to standby. I was looking for the apps and features to change the behavior of how apps ran in background. to not allow apps to run in back ground unless I am actively using it.
