I have search for this menu to enable an upload that is not a verified MS app. I need to change the settings but everywhere I search, I cannot find it.

So frustrating that I can't download any apps to run.

Open Registry Editor then navigate to this path

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Please check if "SettingsPageVisibility" string value is present in the right pane. If so, right click it then select Delete. Restart your computer

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

Hi there, I am having the same problem. I did what you suggested but there isn't a "SettingsPageVisibility" to right click on. Are there any other options? I really need to figure this out because I want to download the EA app and my computer will not let me because it's not from Microsoft. Help!!! Please and thank you!!

In my case this solution wasn't working, I fixed it by right clicking "Windows security" in the start menu, "App settings" and then "Reset". Data is not really deleted, I still have all the protection history.

I am having the same problem as the OP but none of the suggested answers has rectified the fault.

It's so frustrating I've wasted hours going round in circles.

    Please help.

I'm also having the same issue. Let's try and sort this out. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3. It's brand new. I also have all of the latest Windows updates. What type of machines are y'all using, and have you installed the latest updates?
