Windows 11 Apps and Features missing from the menu

I have search for this menu to enable an upload that is not a verified MS app. I need to change the settings but everywhere I search, I cannot find it.

So frustrating that I can't download any apps to run.

I had to do the same. wasted about 30 minutes of my life trying to install a VPN needed for work. Turn out the laptop was on S mode and locked all outside apps and the registry editor was also locked

Found the answer. It's about being in safe mode for the Microsoft store. You'll have to turn it off

Microsoft, If this isn't a patronising, "patting a child on the head" canned response I don't know what is.

Maybe if you folks at Microsoft would post directions online somewhere that actually matched the Windows user interface for more than a month people wouldn't need to ask this sort question of so often

I also cannot find the "SettingsPageVisibility" from

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

Can anyone tell me how to find apps & features in windows 11 ?
