WIndows 11 - Standard hardware security not supported

I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 and for some reason Device Security is saying Standard hardware security not supported.

I have the following settings:

Secure Boot State - On

BIOS Mode - UEFI

tpm.msc - The TPM is ready for use.

DEP - On for all applications.

I also have SVM turned on and Windows Subsystem successfully running Ubuntu 20.04.

What am I doing wrong? Also I can't dismiss the Windows Security - Actions recommended for Device security.

    I agree. But I reinstalled a couple of times and still had the issue. I finally reinstalled again and no issue. I also reformatted my old WIN10 laptop and no issue with security settings. Resetting laptop is not a huge issue for me as I font have many programs that need to be installed manually.

    It was less hassle just to back up certain files and folders then reinstall Windows for me personally. A stupid state of affairs that people are put into this position.

    I used this resolve in the past after upgrading/updating/reformtting WIN11 which resulted in issues with the yellow exclamation on security items. It was successful. However, I just performed another reset and no issues with security items, I didn't need to run Gregs fix.

    Still trying to work out the file manager title bar accent color! I have a custom theme and manual accent color chosen but it randomly displays different days and different times! The accent color is fine everywhere else it is supposed to display - just not consistent with the title bar. I have to put laptop to sleep, not shutdown to retain the setting. I could use a preset theme and the file explorer title bar does show its automatic accent color but then the desktop icons have a dropshadow that wont remove even after selecting not to show. I haven't found a light theme that doesn't have dropshadow on desktop icons where the effect can be removed.

    Thanks to Greg Carmack, because of him I found out that I didn't have secure boot turned on after that everything worked great. Also multiple restarts are required for certain steps to register with the computer not just one restart but two for me at least but I listened to the Holy Ghost and found what I needed to do to make it work (along with Greg Carmack). Thank you again. Sorry if this isn't the place for thanks but I did add how sometimes there is a glitch that doesn't register with some computers that a change to the TPM has been made without two restarts.
