WIndows 11 - Standard hardware security not supported

I am running Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621 and for some reason Device Security is saying Standard hardware security not supported.

I have the following settings:

Secure Boot State - On

BIOS Mode - UEFI

tpm.msc - The TPM is ready for use.

DEP - On for all applications.

I also have SVM turned on and Windows Subsystem successfully running Ubuntu 20.04.

What am I doing wrong? Also I can't dismiss the Windows Security - Actions recommended for Device security.

    I used Google and Youtube to see how to do it. I don't remeber exactly what I did to take ownership.

    alright, I decided to try it BUT, what do I do on the permissions when I click Change? Do I type "Administrators" in the box

    I understand. I took the risk and was successful. It is basically a Windows Security app no longer in the Microsoft Store. Hopefully a resolve will be in a Windows Update.

    This is tempting but I have seen people that have ruined thier system by changing ownership of files and whatever, I know this solution works but I am not risking ruining my pc. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

    Try reinstalling Windows Security Platform with the new update. Download from this link the folder that contains the application:

    Now follow these steps:

    1. Create a restore point first
    2. Unzip the downloaded ZIP file on the Desktop
    3. Navigate to the location C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth to take ownership of that folder:

    Properties > Security > Advanced Options > Change > Administrators

    Check the "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" box and click Apply.

    In the "SecurityHealth Permissions" window select Administrators > Full Control. Apply.

    1. Copy the "1.0.2207.20002-0" folder on the Desktop to the SecurityHealth folder
    2. Open the folder and run the application "Microsoft.SecHealthUI_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx" as administrator to update.
    3. Restart the computer.
