Could not update to 22h2 due to 0x800701b1 and 0xC1900101 error. Then I managed to update and boot fails, 0xc0000098 errror. What do I do?

Let's try deleting the erroneous boot entries which are pointing to a non-existent device.

The statutory warning applies! Before modifying the boot configuration, please backup your system image (the OS and boot partitions) to an external hard drive using Macrium Reflect Free edition.

From Admin Command Prompt, run:

bcdedit /export c:\boot_config_backup.bcd
bcdedit /delete {9649d88d-4b28-11ed-8001-6d7368757261}
bcdedit /delete {4069d4e4-2920-11ed-be4c-a85e45d0a878}

Then, run these commands and post the output here:

bcdedit /enum All
bcdedit /enum All -v
