OMG thank you dude!!! I was going crazy trying to download some non Microsoft apps. Something I found was that if there are more than one type (like you've tried to redownload the file) you have to delete the extras. After some playing around the laptop should give you the option to get rid of S mode and boom you can actually do stuff.
Why don't I have the app and features in settings?
I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.
