Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    The "2. Under "Choose where to get apps", change the selection to the desired one." isn't there. I want to run an app that not from the Microsoft Store but I am unable to change the settings as APPS & FEATURES doesn't exist, neither does CHOOSE WHERE TO GET APPS. Driving me insane.

    This doesn't work. I do not have "Choose where to gets apps" in advanced settings.
