I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

2024-05-12T03:32:00+00:00 You have to turn off S mode.. I just had this happen.. i just messaged MS and they remoted in and changed it to not S mode and turned on the app from anywhere setting... took about 10 minutes to get someone on and it was all fixed..
