Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    hwy i go to advanced app settings underneath it says choose where to get apps but when i go into it, its nowhere to be seen

    Do a search for "turn off S Mode" As soon as I followed the steps, I was able to start installing other apps
