I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

2023-12-29T22:15:26+00:00 Hello,i had the same issue on my pc but the reason was that it was in something called "S Mode" (which i assume is safe mode) you can turn this off rather easily and it may ease your troubles.
