I'm having the same problem, but I don't have "App Execution Aliases" Plus I have a chance not see it.
Why don't I have the app and features in settings?
I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

so theres this thing called S mode in microsoft store (i found it there) and it asked me if i REALLY wanted to get out of s mode, and i clicked get, and i was able to download non-verified apps! LETS GOOO
