Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    My settings doesn't have something that says "choose where to get apps"

    Setting up a new Lenovo laptop, this option or menu item "Choose where to get apps", is not showing up at all.
