Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    Thank you so much, I have spent so long trying to add am App, I was beginning to to give up and ready to take my new laptop back to the shop.

    You have to switch out of S MODE

    go to Micrsoft Store to Switch out of S mode.

    OMG thank you dude!!! I was going crazy trying to download some non Microsoft apps. Something I found was that if there are more than one type (like you've tried to redownload the file) you have to delete the extras. After some playing around the laptop should give you the option to get rid of S mode and boom you can actually do stuff.

    It worked. but I had to switch to S mode.
