Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    You have to switch out of S Mode

    not even sure what S mode is but once you're switched there isn't any going back lol but it worked.

    That only works if you've disabled "S" mode.

    New Windows 11 user with Microsoft 365 installed free for one year.
