Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

    The last setting mentioned is not available. I am trying to install a simple printer driver.

    This cannot be so complex.

    Hi, Youre Computer must be In S mode you have to change our of S mode . But once you change you Can't Go back

    S mods provides more speed and security

    You can contact Microsoft and they can do for you On screen share or if not you can do yourself. By going to settings search S mode maybe

    I'll edit when I get full directions for self change out of S mode

    I don't have the option to change under "choose where to get apps" like there's no option to change it
