I am trying to set up the phone link on the computer. It worked up until about 6 days ago and now, not.
Why don't I have the app and features in settings?

I have a Windows 11 and I'm trying to change the app recommendation setting but I don't know how because I don't have app and features.

So go to your download folder where the app is and right click, go to properties.
Under 'General' go to the bottom where it says Security and click on the 'unblock' button, then apply and ok.
Continue through any pop ups and bobs your uncle you're in!!! <3<3 this was also driving me utterly bonkers as to why i couldn't download adobe illustrator!!!!!!!
Hope this helps at least one other person!
Follow these steps that a Zoe had posted, and then you will need to take your computer out of S mode in order to be able to install the app you are wanting/needing.

2024-07-09T16:04:40+00:00 It worked for me. You might need to take your computer out of S mode, that's what I had to do. But once I did that i was able to download the app I needed.
