I decide to buy my digital purchases on the Microsoft Movies and TV app do I own them for good, pretty much have my own mini Netflix catalog at this point, but everytime the Walking Dead releases a new season (or in this case, season part) it takes forever to show up. Why? Its been over a day and I'm avoiding all social media because of peoples shameless love of spoilers, so I'd like to be able to watch the season pass I paid for, preferably within the same day the episode is released.

I have this same issue, which has been ongoing and sounds like it happens with other tv show season passes as well. Their “support” isn’t helpful either. This is day 3 now after release when it’s supposed to be available the next day. Makes me wish I paid for the episodes on any other platform with decent customer service.
This isn't helpful. You know the problem. You work for Microsoft. Why not get the people that can resolve this from Microsoft in this chat instead of sending us somewhere else? I was on hold for 20 minutes with support today only to have the call dropped and no call back.
Amazon Prime has the two new episodes in its season package ready to view. I went and checked today. Microsoft should have them to view as well.

May I ask what you mean when you say that no episodes of The Walking Dead have been added? Is there a lack of episodes or content? Because I'm checking here in the web version for the full number of episodes for season 11, click here to check.

Still waiting for this to be resolved. What is going on? This seems to be a problem for more than one person.
Same, no episode 17 on the 8th, it’s the final part of the final season and episode 18 airs tomorrow, this is my only way to watch so an answer on availability would be great. Support has no answers, I called.
