It looks like the WAMPSERVER fix is throwing PHP errors on line 99, 120 and 55 for the getweather.php file. I am thinking this might be due to a change in the data string from Weatherbit ???

Below is an updated version of getweather.php. It works around weatherbit.io changing their free forecasts from 16 days to 7 days.

  1. Download file
  2. Update your weatherbit.io key in the file.
  3. Copy to c:/wamp/www/ folder to replace existing getweather.php

    try this:

    This is just a hiccup in the 2.5 installation process.

    All you need to do is this:-

    Using the wampmanager (the W icon in the system tray ) do

    left click wampmanager -> Apache -> Version -> (and click on the version number)

    This will cause wampmanager to rebuild all the SYMLINKS in the apache/bin folder, and restart Apache. This should fix the issue and stop the errors from appearing in the php error log.

    i have reset the wamp and reset the small unit, the red light is blinking like it is trying to transmit

    Unless the PC comes out of Hibernation (instead of a cold boot), I always have to unplug and plug the transmitter to clear the USB error message. I have a USB extension to make it easier to reach it instead of always reaching around the back of the PC.

    Did you exit WampServer (turn off) and then turn on again?

    Did you unplug USB dongle (the small box device that plugs into PC) and wait 10 seconds and plug back in?
