but is it normal? generally, this a/c never be seen upon using the pc over yrs. it be seen usually with issue on pc, like black screen . i just wonder why an a/c didn't appear but someday it just pop up and be seen?

Windows creates hidden security accounts in the background of the operating system, they all begin with S-1-15-XXXX, all Windows systems have those accounts, they are used for administrative tasks like Windows Security, installing updates, file management...etc. those accounts are normal and rest assured you have nothing to worry about, you should never try to remove those hidden accounts.

User Accounts should be named specifically for their purpose - Admin permissions are created for that explicit purpose, and ADMIN's Jobs is user account management,

Yeah dude. This madness is BUNK. I've been having "hacker" issues since Christmas when i discovered bitcoin mining operations on my PC. Lost a lot of crypto that day. Antivirus software did jack. I DON'T WANNA SEE AN "UNKNOWN" ACCOUNT ON MY PC; EVER. I'm STILL fighting it but it's near impossible; i'm not some kind hacker genius. Microsoft support has done NOTHING to help me, nor have the police, nor have the feds.

same i can move folder and files though bookmarked folders but i can dragand drop folder to like desktop/(insert folder name/file root/filename.txt) for a file to like desktop/(insert folder name/filename.txt) but i can send this file to desktop by bookmark perfectly and when i don't know if the admin unknown takes care if this sort of stuff but yeah in earlier builds i could easily do that and but now i can't do that but i can literally disable the windows search service (I think its called) and i can do it perfectly fine after but when i reboot or shutdown it always lead to the same bs like i'm talking about now
