BrusbSib.sys incompatible driver

why OEM21.INF when the drive is BrUsbSib.sys?

This worked for me when I changed the file name to the one in my error. Maybe others can take not of this.

Ive experienced a very similar issue when I wanted to uninstall a driver that was preventing me from activating memory integrity protection on a pc. Anyway, I ended up having to remove to remove printer from **Control Panel** or **Settings** before being able to remove the drivers from Print management. So you can try that if you havent already.

EDIT: I see this got solved. Nevermind:)

Wow, didn't know you could view Device by Driver in the Device Manager, saw the driver oem's for brother using properties, deleted drivers, worked. Can't believe I tried command line, regedit, file searches, force commands, and even changed system file permissions to admin and none of them worked. Could see the files in regedit, just wouldn't allow deletions because 'system' files. Used to be able to delete in older OSs.

This solved the issue for me.

I had previously removed the Brother driver of my printer from Windows and also using the Brother un-install tool explained elsewhere but the following operation solved for me.

Open file explorer search for file : BrUsbSib.sys

I found it in a folder and noticed that in the same folder

(or one level above, I don't remember, now it's gone ...)
there was a file with extension .inf which seemed to give information about the whole group of files installed in the same folder : brpoc12a.inf

This file seemed to be a text file giving information about a driver installation (that included the faulty BrUsbSib.sys file)

I guessed that this brpoc12a.inf name could help me find the faulty driver in the Device Manager because I had noted that in Device Manager appeared names that had the . inf extension,
and yes it did.

I opened the Device manager as explained elsewhere and selected

Menu/View/Devices by driver

then I located the name : brpoc12a.inf

It was not in the driver name but in the parentheses of the driver name like : (brpoc12a.inf)

Then I right clicked the driver name and choose un-install. Then I restarted the computer.

Then I went to Windows settings / Device Security / Core Isolation, and enabled "Memory Integrity"

It worked fine.

Then I downloaded from Brother site the Package for installing my Brother Printer,

and installed the software.

All work fine now
