BrusbSib.sys incompatible driver

work for me but with just little modification
as when i go in deep in my system it oem6
so i change to
pnputil /delete-driver oem6.inf /uninstall /force
and it works choose your number

I ran the cmd you recommended and it said that the file (BrUsbSib.sys) didn't exist. I also opened Autoruns and it couldn't find the file either (another solution offered to this problem). I did find the file BrUsbSib.sys using File Explorer (it was in C:users... under download/install/drivers) last night and deleted it. However, when I reboot my pc, Windows Security still says that I have BrUsbSib.sys as an incompatable driver. I have also removed the Brother drivers under Printers & Scanners. Help!

The INF filename oem21.inf is an ordinal number, that is assigned upon manual installation of a 3rd-party driver. The particular number depends on how many drivers you installed before the Brother printer driver. I mean: it is random, different from system to system. By advising people to uninstall this particular OEM INF #21, you're doing disservice to the people who don't know better and may uninstall something that's actually important to them.

The missing bit of clue is: how to find the INF file that contains the culprit Brother driver. And the answer is, you should do *this first*:

dism /online /get-drivers /format:table

This will tell you, which particular INF file is related to the Brother driver.

*then* you use the pnputil to delete that driver.
