bottom right icons not working

All those icons in the bottom right of the taskbar do not work, no response despite left clicks on those icons. These include the volume, network, clock and notifications icons. The Action Center cannot be called out as well. However, those hidden icons under the "Up Arrow" work properly.

My desktop is running on Windows 10 Home version 21H2, the latest Windows update was just run yesterday.

The followings have been tried with no improvement:

a) System File Checker - sfc /scannow

b) DISM tool - CheckHealth, ScanHealth & Restorehealth

c) Powershell command

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

d) Renaming of UsrClass.dat file

e) Restart Windows Explorer

Anything else I can do to solve the problems?

    I also have difficulty in comparing the driver versions in my system with those in motherboard maker's website.

    For example for the chipset driver, it is written as Intel INF installation driver in maker's website but I can't find a chipset driver in the Device Manager screen.

    Another example, for SATA driver, it is Intel SATA Preinstall driver in maker's website, but Standard SATA AHCI controller in Device Manager. I don't know if they mean the same driver or not.

    Kindly please provide advice for my comparison process and which drivers I should in particular pay attention to.

    The chipset is a bunch of drivers for hard drive, USB, and various motherboard controllers. You will see some of the named Intel chipset devices in the Device Manager in the System section. So expand those and look at the dates of the Intel chipset components to compare with the Chipset driver package available on the PC's or motherboard download page. If it looks like it is newer then I'd install it. Same with the SATA driver.

    My difficulty is I can't directly compare the driver versions in Device Manager and motherboard download page as the names of the drivers are very much different.

    Using the chipset driver as example again, just one name Intel INF installation driver in motherboard download page, but no equivalence in Device Manager but a whole bunch of drivers.

    Which drivers I should in particular update to tackle the two stop codes I encountered during Repair Install?

    Again, the chipset is a package of controller drivers which install to mostly the System category in Device Manager. If the Intel drivers in the System category are older than the ones on the downloads page, then install the new one.

    I get the concept of installing those newer drivers in the motherboard download page.

    However, I fail to compare the drivers in the motherboard download page with those in Device Manager as names of the drivers are so different in the two areas. For example, for SATA driver, it is Intel SATA Preinstall driver in maker's website, but Standard SATA AHCI controller in Device Manager. I don't even know if they mean the same driver or not. So, I don't know which drivers I should update.

    The Audio driver is easy for me to compare as both places use the name Realtek HD Audio Driver.

    Or, do you mean if I install the Intel INF installation driver in motherboard download page, the whole bunch of chipset drivers appearing in Device Manager System Devices category will be updated at the same time?

    I understand my above confusion is a bit silly to a technical man, but to a layman as me, I really need further guidance to carry on the driver updating process.
