bottom right icons not working

All those icons in the bottom right of the taskbar do not work, no response despite left clicks on those icons. These include the volume, network, clock and notifications icons. The Action Center cannot be called out as well. However, those hidden icons under the "Up Arrow" work properly.

My desktop is running on Windows 10 Home version 21H2, the latest Windows update was just run yesterday.

The followings have been tried with no improvement:

a) System File Checker - sfc /scannow

b) DISM tool - CheckHealth, ScanHealth & Restorehealth

c) Powershell command

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

d) Renaming of UsrClass.dat file

e) Restart Windows Explorer

Anything else I can do to solve the problems?

    My installed BIOS version is F4 whereas the latest one is F15.

    For the LAN driver, as I use only WiFi for my desktop, no need to update this driver?

    I find no driver for WLAN in the motherboard download page.

    VGA: yes, skip it since installed is newer.

    LAN is ethernet.

    WLAN is wireless.

    Unzip and right click Setup to Run as Administrator, follow prompts closely.

    Always restart after a driver installs.

    Download your Motherboard Manual from the link on the same downloads page, study closely the section on updating the BIOS.

    What is your installed BIOS version?

    Report back any issues.

    Thanks for the information. My further queries can be divided into 2 parts.

    A)

    Just want to confirm more about the drivers issue.

    For chipset drivers, install Intel INF installation and Intel Management Engine Firmware.

    For Audio, install Realtek HD Audio Driver.

    For SATA AHCI, install Intel SATA Preinstall driver (or together with Intel Rapid Storage Technology?).

    For VGA driver, the one in motherboard download page (Intel Graphic Driver) is dated 2021/10/13 whereas in Device Manager Display adaptor category, the Intel(R) UHD Graphic 630 is dated 2022/7/21. So, I can skip it, right?

    For the LAN driver, it is named Intel LAN driver in the motherboard download page. Which driver in Device Manager should I compare? The Network adapters category?

    For installing the new drivers, is it that I download the zip files from motherboard download page, unzip the files and then run the respective Setup.exe commands? Do I have to reboot the system after running one Setup.exe command?

    B)

    Finally, as to BIOS, the procedures in the link and video you provide are for B360 HD3 and DS3H motherboards whereas mine is B360 D3H. Are the procedures the same?

    The procedures for BIOS update in the link and video appear to be straight forward and simple, anything I should pay attention so as to get a safe update? Touching BIOS is still frightening to me.

    Do the Intel devices in your Device Manager under the System category have drivers that are newer than 2020-21? If not then I'd install the first two chipset drivers and any other category drivers that are newer.

    As to the BIOS, install the App Center and @BIOS apps first from the Utilities categories. Then see if you have the latest BIOS which is marked urgent. Download the Manual from it's link to read exactly how to update the BIOS. Take your time, there is no rush.
