In Microsoft Start, how can I be banned for violating guidelines if I've never commented?

I logged in for the first time ever to comment on an article in Microsoft Start. I got a message that I had violated community guidelines. If I've never once tried to comment on anything Microsoft, how can this be? There was no explanation of where this came from.

    Hi Hinata,

    well that seems like common sense, challenge is Microsoft never responds to the requests/feedback nor takes any action to address the issue. I am in the same situation - never commented on anything yet my account indicates will be blocked for 72 hours. That started over a year ago and still am blocked. Personally, I have sent in numerous requests for assistance/help but radio silence. Please post worthwhile comments that are helpful. Appreciate your gesture but leads to a dead end. But for some reasons.... I am not surprised.

    The guidelines seem to be random. I have had them bar inoffensive posts a lot. In my opinion, the broken community guidelines make this not a worthwhile place to post or visit anyway.

    Don, Superior Question. Your experience is time consuming. stressful and unjust. You have earned the right to freely express yourself. Many have died, as my Beloved Father, fighting for freedoms.     I've never responded to any Microsoft news report until today, 4/1/23 regarding how we have not learned our history from the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. Microsoft said I was banned for 72 hours? No way to see why I'm banned other than a probable algorithm knowing I research and follow podcasts the dismantle fake news. LOL...I don't mind, please just explain why. Appreciate your response Microsoft.
