Windows 11 keeps dropping wifi

Recently installed Windows 11. The wifi remains connected for sometime and then after some time drops. Nothing I do can reconnect again. Only a complete restart fixes the wifi and then after sometime the connection gets dropped again. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi Lisa,

    Since it only happens on facebook its probably related to security software. Are you running 3rd party antivirus or firewall on your computer? If so, try disabling those and then visiting the website.

    I have a similar issue but my wifi only drops when I am in Facebook, drops then restores. It will keep doing this as long as I'm in Facebook, otherwise no issues. Any suggestions?

    I have high end Alenware gaming computer that I tried to switch from Windows 10 to Windows 11 six months ago and today, Aug. 1, 2022.

    I am experiencing the same problem; cuts off my Orbi wifi connection. I finally got an update for the Killer high speed app and thought that might help; no luck! Have performed all the prescribed fixes to no avail. Microsoft needs to fix this as I have to keep going back to Windows 10 to resolve.

    I have done the reset several times and it still loses connection again and again. We need a update fix to resolve this continuing problem.

    Hi Again! 'I Totally Agree!? - It's a pure Nuisance...?! And a cumbersome trial / 6 errors to find the culprit for this?!

    Personally? On My Dell XPS desktop. On Windows 11. Dev. Prev. (With the latest update).. And a 5G Gigabit network..? With a mobile Router?

    I followed the link I gave you. To the YoyTube Video...!? And Setting my ethernet and WiFi lines: Both! - To Privat Did the thing for me.. Together with the rest of the suggestions shown in that YouTube -video?!

    Since then. My Wifi -Connection - is always ON, When the PC starts up!? - And Stays ON?! - For the rest of the day!? - No more Wifi Cutting off...!?.. for me?!

    I hope You Find exactly the Point? -Method? - That help You to obtain the same?!..
