Windows 11 Constantly Crashing

Has anyone figured out a way to get the Windows 11 OS to stop crashing? My computer is near non-functional as I can't even use it for more than 10 minutes.

And honestly anyone looking into downloading Windows 11 should NOT download.

Over the past week or so that I've had Windows 11 my computer has crashed at least twice a day and today it's crashed 5 times right after start up.

Please help!

    got crashes again, not long after I posted this. I think Microsoft is actively working to mess up our systems in case they work too well lol

    Tom Hasty again: on 2/6/23, the scourge of PC freeze returned (freeze of screen, no keyboard, mouse, screen touch action, & no visible disk activity; requires hard power off to recover), as if the processor has lost its heartbeat. W11 "Event Viewer" log shows return of numerous logs of application errors, ID 1000. I will continue to assess these for culprits, & note that automatic updates(unauthorized by me) have occurred recently - will try to reverse these to see if they recreated this bad OS protocol of W11.....more later.

    I don't know if it helps anyone else.. A few days ago I changed a single setting on OneDrive - go to settings, advanced settings, turn the slider next to Files On-Demand to off. I haven't had a single freeze since (touch wood)

    Ive ben watching this thread . I received the results from my bad ram sticks. They had been overheated. Very odd since they had not been overclocked and have cooling applied to their heat shields. Im a firm believer win 11 is causing hardware issues.. at no time did my hardware monitor show any issues either.

    Looks like I'll be going the hardware route as well. Ordered a new MB, hoping it will end this pain. Grateful for fixes offered here though, most of which I've tried. But now I'm reduced to potentially going down yet another rabbit hole, and worse, spending precious beer money! If it works I can't even blame Microsoft - normally such an easy target. And the old MB? Soon to be a $600 frisbee.
