Windows 11 Constantly Crashing

No problems here running Windows 11 so far. Very nice!

I upgraded to Win 11 in November of 21. Things worked just fine. However, around Christmas I started having frequent crashes and loss for work. I did a clean reinstall in early January and had the same problems.. Finally, I did a clean install of Windows 10. I am having the same exact problems. There are no indications in the Event Viewer of what might be happening. There are crash dump files created.

I am now convinced that my 15 month old HP laptop is the problem. This does not happen with my 5 year old ASUS laptop with the same Windows 10 and software configurations.

As my HP warranty has expired, I'm working with the Costco Concierge support staff to see if we can get it replaced under the Costco extended warranty. It is not an easy process because they don't believe you.

Has anyone figured out a way to get the Windows 11 OS to stop crashing? My computer is near non-functional as I can't even use it for more than 10 minutes.

And honestly anyone looking into downloading Windows 11 should NOT download.

Over the past week or so that I've had Windows 11 my computer has crashed at least twice a day and today it's crashed 5 times right after start up.

Please help!

OMG! I can't tell you how fast my heart is beating. I was just downloading W11 in the background and then suddenly I decided to check for such issues as I had faced similar when I upgraded to W10 - loads of overheating and crashes. But thankfully I'm saved. Also, I'm not active on these platforms, so when these issues get fixed, can you tell me? I'm really upset my laptop doesn't have that multi-tasking widget thingy which would make my tasks much easier.
