Has anyone figured out a way to get the Windows 11 OS to stop crashing? My computer is near non-functional as I can't even use it for more than 10 minutes.
And honestly anyone looking into downloading Windows 11 should NOT download.
Over the past week or so that I've had Windows 11 my computer has crashed at least twice a day and today it's crashed 5 times right after start up.
Please help!

My Surface Laptop stopped crashing as well. I think it's some recent updates that solved most of the crashing issues. Now I can use Outlook and Word again!
The only thing that still crashes my Surface is Zoom. I was in a Zoom meeting last Friday, and it crashed my laptop 3 time within the hour.
I have a HP Probook and I'm experiencing the same thing.... Now I'm having to spend hours of my time to downgrade to Windows 10 and re-install all my software. It's so bad.
I have the same issue. Especially when playing video. The machine just locks up, the start bar disappears, sometimes the screen just goes white, sometimes the audio becomes distorted.... It's gotten so bad, and I'm so annoyed by it, that I'm re-installing Windows 10 because I can't deal with it anymore! 3 or 4 system lockups A DAY is not acceptable at all!
My Dell 9710 with Windows 11 has stopped crashing. In my case the culprit seems to have been a docking station (usb-c to usb) that was not compatible. A new docking station seems to have solved the problem.
Yes, it's Windows 11! An Operating System should never be crashed by any App.
What I'm trying to figure out is what triggers the frequent crash. If I use Office product, it crashes a few times an hour. If I use Notepad and Outlook Web Access, it usually survives for a day or two. But it still crashes. Sometimes during online meetings, no matter if it's Zoom or Google Meet or Teams meeting. Next I'll try to do all meetings within the Browser. At least that will make them run in virtual machine and only crashes the Browser.
But Windows team, please fix this atrocity! It's embarrassing!
