Xbox Gamebar capture not working on Windows 11

Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 11. My gamebar capture stopped working, like the buttons aren't working. I have tried repair and reset on Setting with Gamebar but still not working. Does anyone know how to fix this? The buttons aren't clickable and I cant use the record shortcut.

    I did try this solution, and I'm still experiencing the issue. The capture button is still greyed out and I can't use it
