Windows 11 only has 45% of random write speed in Nvme SSD

As you see above, the other performance is about the same, but in RND 4K Q32 T16 the speed has dropped significantly. I know that because the two software versions are different and the condition of the computer is different, it is normal for the performance to fluctuate, but this performance also dropped too much, and the performance remained stable low after many tests at different times.

    By any chance did you check your 3DMark PCI Express scores? In my system I have a significantly lower score in this benchmark: ~23.5 GB/s before, down to ~14.2 GB/s now. I can't be sure if that's just Win10->Win11 since in the meantime I also added a secondary SSD, too lazy to mess with my system now just to make some benchmarks. But if someone here has a dual-boot Win10+Win11 system, or has kept PCIe benchmark scores before/after each upgrade, this would be interesting to validate. Might be AMD-specific considering the chipset problems for Win11 they already fixed but maybe it's not fully fixed yet, and it could be impacting these NVMe benchmarks at very high IOPs.

    i have addlink s70 1tb drive. write speeds have tanked. was over 2500MBs in win 10 now with win 11, just hitting just over 900 MBs.

    have updated firmware, bios etc

    have installed kb5007262 but still not fixed.

    I am already updated to the 22000.348 patch. Sadly it did not fix the issue for me. My above benchmarks are taken on that version.

    To further illustrate my system:

    Running all latest updates including de latest build.

    Windows 11 22000.348

    Asus ROG B550-E Strix

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

    G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB DDR4 @ 3600 MHz C16

    Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3080 Xtreme

    Samsung 980 Pro 2TB (Latest firmware 4B2QGXA7)

    Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB (Still on firmware 2B2QEXM7; Samsung Magician is not showing the 4B2QEXM7 firmware update yet.)
