What happened to the "Copy To" option in Windows 11 File Explorer?

I can't believe that Microsoft removed the "Copy To" and "Move To" options in Windows 11 File Explorer! I used these options often! Unless I'm missing something, Microsoft just heavy handedly removed these options!

    I don't know if this applies but when I want to move or copy I open both sources in different windows and just drag and drop.

    You obviously do not understand the problem. There was a "CopyTo" and "MoveTo" button that allowed you to copy or move files to NUMEROUS folders that have been accessed recently. Drag and drop has nothing to do with it.

    I was really disgusted at the start of this thread about this when 1 of my laptops got upgraded to 11. I was FURIOUS that they got rid of the Copt/Move To feature

    BUT 5 months later I've got to say the way they want you to do it now is actually faster and safer.

    once your Main folder is open all you need to do is click the box or even multiple boxes (It will HIGHLIGHT the items when you press copy)>>> Press the Copy icon>>> then just click on the folder you want it to go to> PASTE( and the copied folders will also be highlighted)

    very easy actually instead of pulling down that Copy To Menu then opeing the folder then pasting it.

    OK I said my piece

    You are not understanding the problem of removing the CopyTO and MoveTO buttons. These buttons accessed dozens of directories which you could then copy or move files to.

    @ Brian Sefton, I could not have said it better myself. Kudos! :-)

    Indeed the removal or hiding of the move feature and your stated solution STILL adds steps AND leaves the file copied, not moved. Asa a result t least 2 copies exist and the only way to correct that is to go back to the download folder and delete them. CTRL+C then CTRL+V still leaves the original file in downloads folder.

    When Move was available, 3-4 files could be downloaded and moved to another directory or folder. Easy to move all with 2-3 clicks and removed from the downloads folder as a result. Not any more.
