What happened to the "Copy To" option in Windows 11 File Explorer?

I can't believe that Microsoft removed the "Copy To" and "Move To" options in Windows 11 File Explorer! I used these options often! Unless I'm missing something, Microsoft just heavy handedly removed these options!

But why? can anyone tell the reasoning behind dissing a useful - and easy to understand - feature like "copy to" & "move to"? I really need to understand this.

Why have MS changed something that most people use. The right click copy & paste function was/is extremely useful for most users. Copy path isn't.

Why do IT people always assume the changes they like are liked by everybody without consultation.

New function is annoying and useless and isn't required by Joe Public

    This Sucks.

Why change a good thing ? JUST to say New and Improved.. Typical Windows justification..
