Microsoft removed these because they were too useful and the idea that people might want to copy or move files using a filemanager is outside of the tiny mental box called Microsoft. It is policy to remove or hide commonly used tools and menu options with each update in order to frustrate users and waste their time. But dont worry...Micorsoft added a bunch of new menu options that you dont want or need.
But - best solution: highlight filenames in file manager and click control + C to copy and then place the cursor in the directory you want to copy to and type Control + V to paste.
