What happened to the "Copy To" option in Windows 11 File Explorer?

I would recommend giving XYplorer a try. It literally has hundreds more options than Microsoft's File Explorer.

How do I get this to be the default? I don't mind adding/changing Registry entries if I'm given the correct entries. I don't see why I have to go into Control Panel *every single time* I want to use File Explorer.
