What happened to the "Copy To" option in Windows 11 File Explorer?

I can't believe that Microsoft removed the "Copy To" and "Move To" options in Windows 11 File Explorer! I used these options often! Unless I'm missing something, Microsoft just heavy handedly removed these options!

2022-11-16T13:29:33+00:00 NOT at all happy that we have to fool around with things like this. I just installed Windows 11 and from the god awful Start menu now to the entire menu part file explorer - well this version sucks.
Copy To was so EASY and now I have flip back and forth.
Windows 11 - GIVE THIS BACK from Windows 10
