Safe Mode, Uninstall the latest quality update, Restore back to point 18-10-2021 :

Today in the morning I turn ON PC, I was offline[no cable ethernet], and while working prompt for an update[while was dis-connected], after this connected - checked some Gmail, etc. and after 30-min press UPDATE & RESTART,

And got this problem on startup...

well...?

I have a backup of C:/ with Acronis... I think of October 2021

    (1) I don't think it's worth it, but you can copy the contents of EFI to the stick & copy it back if necessary.

    (2) It looked to me you ran SFC correctly on the Windows partition.

    (3) Yes, the DVD is best if it equals or exceeds the version of the installed Windows. Yours is good.

    Is any way before move on, backup efi partition to usb stick

    ? Is it any good to backup? Can i use xcopy: https://www.ubackup.com/backup-restore/xcopy-command-to-copy-folders-and-subfolders-6688.html ?

    I think ran "sfc" to the data disk, by error, and interrupt it

    So from that time I think... later disconnected data drive...

    Booting up from 21H1 DVD, Is OK if PC is 20H2 update of October 2021...?

    (1) Normal quality updates won't touch EFI. I guess maybe one that might put a fix in a file that resides on it will. An upgrade install & a repair-install sound more likely to do it.

    (2) The old disk will have EFI as/of the date you last used it. And the BCD in EFI will be as/of that date. It's the BCD that is most volatile. Changes in the BIOS Boot menu get thrown into the Firmware Boot Manager ({fwbootmgr}). Hopefully the one on your old disk doesn't have the mess in your current one.

    (3) I don't know about that system repair pending error. What they wanted DISM to do in that other thread looked good to me. Too bad it failed.

    • HAVE YOU ANY IDEA EFI PARTITION WHEN GET MODIFIED, IS IT MODIFIED ON (Windows install only), or (Windows install and in every Windows update)?
    • I cloned Windows 10 initially[June 2021] from SSD 240GB to SSD 1TB, but did Not delete the old SSD Disk 240GB[RESTING OUT OF PC]... Means EFI is the same?

    We know BCDBoot will run for you. It already did. It will create a fresh EFI -- all new boot files including the BCD. But this time it won't just overwrite what's there. The Format wipes it away. And the BCD won't just have additions put into it. It gets cleared first. Anyway, you said you have a recent Acronis backup dated this month. If it's a system image, it has EFI & all other partitions inside.

    I think this is a better try than what is in those links most of which you've already done I think.
