Can NOT start up my PC: HP Z440

When booting up:

I see always

I have tried

Safe Mode, Uninstall the latest quality update, Restore back to point 18-10-2021 :

same symptom

Troubleshoot> Advanced options > Startup Repair:

Today in the morning I turn ON PC, I was offline[no cable ethernet], and while working prompt for an update[while was dis-connected], after this connected - checked some Gmail, etc. and after 30-min press UPDATE & RESTART,

And got this problem on startup...

well...?

I have a backup of C:/ with Acronis... I think of October 2021

(1) Let me see your BCD now. I want to see {bootmgr} at top in the Firmware Boot Manager & a lot of the junk removed...

BCDEdit /Enum All <<<I expect to see big differences in {fwbootmgr}

(2) Go into BIOS & examine the Boot screen. Does it have a huge list of boot options with many duplicates? What does it look like? Then go to the Exit screen & set BIOS to defaults. It might say something like "Restore Defaults". Go back to the Boot screen. Does it look different? Then be sure to save changes before you exit. There's an option on the Exit screen that should say something like that.

(3) Well let's see the GPT Attributes of your EFI & Recovery partitions...
