This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on June 8th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

12/06/2021 A new out of band update KB5004476 released for version 2004, 20H2 and 21H1. Build number incremented to 19041.1022, 19042.1022, and 19043.1022. Changelog:

This non-security update includes quality improvements. Key changes include:

  • Addresses an issue that might redirect you to the Microsoft Store page for Gaming Services when you try to install or start an Xbox Game Pass game on your Windows 10 device. Additionally, you receive error 0x80073D26 or 0x8007139F. For more information, see KB5004327.

This update is available as an optional update in Windows update.

    Thanks for the help. Sadly there is no restore point other than the one that created by the KB5003637.

    There should be restore point, every system there is an automatic creation of restore point before any major changes.
    Anyway, after the reset make a USB Recovery Drive it is very useful when you encounter some glitch after an update.

    Thanks for the help. Sadly there is no restore point other than the one that created by the KB5003637.

    Tried restore anyway but still the same error.

    I can't even update to 20H2, same thing, restart at 1%.

    I think I may need to do reset or clean install, which I want to avoid to setup all over again.

    What confuse me is that the Windows work perfect and the speed is good.

    Get back to Windows and get an error 0x8007010B.

    Checked CBS log and the error is:
    • Doqe: Recording result: 0x8007010b, for Inf: xinputhid.inf
    • DriverUpdateStageUpdates failed [HRESULT = 0x8007010b - ERROR_DIRECTORY]
    • Doqe: Failed staging driver updates [HRESULT = 0x8007010b - ERROR_DIRECTORY]

    Have you created a restore point or USB recovery drive, you should use it.
    If you haven't make/made any of those. You could still used the restore point made by your PC/Laptop, automatically.

    Based on the information you have given, you may have deleted or uninstalled important file/s or an app/s in your system.

    OS: Windows 10 Pro 19041.985

    I'm having problem installing update KB5003637.

    The update installed and I clicked Restart.
    The screen show the update screen and it restart at 1%.
    After restart the screen show the Windows logo with a spinning icon,
    Then the Windows logo is gone the the spinning icon is still there.
    Mouse and keyboard is responsive but there is no hard disk activity.
    I pushed restart button.
    Get back to Windows and get an error 0x8007010B.

    Checked CBS log and the error is:
    • Doqe: Recording result: 0x8007010b, for Inf: xinputhid.inf
    • DriverUpdateStageUpdates failed [HRESULT = 0x8007010b - ERROR_DIRECTORY]
    • Doqe: Failed staging driver updates [HRESULT = 0x8007010b - ERROR_DIRECTORY]

    Repeated multiple times with the same result.

    Checked the C;|WIndows\INF forlder, the file is there with 12674 bytes.

    What I did:
    • SFC returned good
    • DISM restorehealth returned good
    • CHKDSK returned fixed
    • Reset Windows update
    • Download from Windows Update Catalog and install.

    Anyone please help.
