Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

    I've found to go through another device, try going to the website on your phone rather than computer.

    hello! so today i was playing a game in roblox called starving artists. when i tried to buy art with real robux there was an error sign. such as, your purchase of ___ has failed because something has gone wrong your account has not been charged. so here is the problem, it `s been happening for two days. as well as when I try to buy robux , it gives me the same error sign.
