Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

    Today I tried to purchase robuck but it did not work the money went through but the robucks didn't please anyone can they help me my son is very disappointed 😔

    I have the same problem! I had gotten a Visa Debit gift card, and I had tried more than 10 times... I don't know if the shop is down or a new update is coming, but whatever it is either Roblox or Xsolla needs to fix it...

    My problem is also same i am from india today i purchased robux and then they also took away the payment and then they were like'You cancelled the payment'....Please help me out My money is also debited and i didnt get the robux also
