Roblox robux purchase not working!

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

    Hi I got robux from a Roblox gift card 25$ and it won't let me purchase any game passes or any avatar shop items or look at my purchases. PLZ help

    Bro just go to the place you redeem it and press convert to robux
