I have the same problem! I had gotten a Visa Debit gift card, and I had tried more than 10 times... I don't know if the shop is down or a new update is coming, but whatever it is either Roblox or Xsolla needs to fix it...

Hello! Today I was trying to buy some robux (10$) and it didn't work! I did that and whenever it finished loading... It said "Your Payment Has Been Cancelled. I did it more and it still said "Your Payment has been canceled." It didn't take my money away or anything. I made sure the cards were right and yes, they were right. Any Answers?

2022-02-26T02:24:49+00:00 Just had this issue and discovered that adding an email and verifying it fixed the problem with the declined payment. May be a solution for some.

If purchased on the roblox site or from things not associated with microsoft, than microsoft is not liable for any purchases. sorry! try contacting roblox.com/support
