Tcpip.sys error Windows Insider Program

When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!

It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?

It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

hi. i have the windows 11 from beta channel and after i installed a software from Portuguese ID card Autenticação.GOV version 3.6 the stopcode green screen tcpip.sys error comes up and i cant start my windows.

I had to restore my sistem to a early point where i had the 3.5 version of autenticação.gov instaled and everything is ok.

Can confirm to be the issue my 2 machines are updated after removing autenticação.gov
